Adekunle Kalejaye, a student of Olabisi Onabanjo University, on Friday, the 29 of January 2021 in Ogun State spoke to sheinsider in an interview about the Negative effect of incessant strikes on the Nigerian Student.
A 28 year old Kalejaye an undergraduate student of a higher learning institution, Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago iwoye lamented on how he has been enormously affected by Assu strike.
"We all know that students scross various institutions of higher learning are constantly faced with industrial actions either by academic or non academic staff of various institutions".
"Without mincing words, when learning is suspended for a long period of time, the student learning ability falls, even the knowledge acquired during learning period is forgotten by some students. There are no two ways about it". Kalejaye explained.
"I have been in this School for 7years, for a 4 years program. I'm still here, i haven't graduated. Thanks to Assu strikes". He further explained.
He believes that the Nigerian Government and Assu can come together to agree and settle on whatever difference they have so that Nigerian students can begin to fully enjoy the benefits of School.
